L-PAC is a charitable organization that seeks to enhance the cultural and economic vitality of Lockport NY and surrounding communities. We believe art is for everyone and seek to inspire, educate and entertain.
The purpose of the L-PAC is to generate immersive and multi-sensory experiences by creating or sponsoring public art or public campaigns with community-minded goals like kindness and gratitude in Lockport NY and environs.
