The strength of Pinnacle Community Services is the network of interrelated and complementary services, reaching people at every age and every stage of life. With offices in Niagara Falls and Lockport, we impact the lives of children, adults, and families in communities all across Niagara County on a daily basis. Youth Engagement Center: The Youth Engagement Center is dedicated to offering a free, fun, and safe environment for youth in our community. This innovative facility provides programs at no cost, thanks to the generous support we receive. We are committed to adapting to the evolving needs of Niagara County's youth, understanding that their well-being is crucial for the future of our communities. The center is for youth aged 12-24 years old.

Passage House Shelter: Passage House Shelter, a fifteen-bed domestic violence shelter, located in Niagara County, provides free emergency shelter in a confidential location to individuals experiencing domestic violence and their children. The shelter is staffed 24/7 and someone is available to respond to individual’s needs and their children any time of day or night. Individuals do not need to reside in Niagara County to receive this service.

The Passage Program provides crisis intervention and counseling services to survivors of domestic violence and their children in a safe, secure, comfortable, home-like setting, so that the healing process can begin. If you are living in an abusive relationship call 716-299-0909 for help today.

Healthy Families Niagara: Healthy Families Niagara is a comprehensive, home-based services program designed to help “at risk” parents meet the challenges of parenting young children and to ensure healthy child development.
