- Cash Assistance (TANF – Temporary Assistance to Needy Families)
- Food Assistance (SNAP – Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program)
- Medical Assistance (Medicaid and Medicare)

SNAP:
Walk-in Hours: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.- 3:45 p.m.

The SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) Program helps low-income people and families buy the food they need for good health. Working families, persons on fixed incomes, and those of any means need to meet the income test for household size. Benefits are provided on an electronic card that is used like an ATM card and accepted at most grocery stores. Nursing Home Unit:
Determines eligibility for Medicaid coverage for anyone who is confined to a nursing home or assisted living.

Monday thru Friday 8:00 am- 3:45 pm

Programs Include:
- Assisted Living
- Hospice Residential
- Intermediate Care Facility (ICF)
- Chronic Care Medicaid in a Hospital
- Permanent Nursing Home Placement
- Short Term Rehab 29-days or less
- Temporary Stay - up to 6-months for rehabilitation
