Cazenovia Recovery Systems - Madonna House

Hope is available for people with a substance use disorders, and a brighter future in recovery is possible. We believe in treating every aspect of a person’s journey in recovery. Services onsite within our Rehabilitation programs include:
- Substance use counseling
- Mental health counseling
- Vocational counseling
- Family counseling
- Basic primary medical care

Madonna House can serve 16 women in recovery and multiple children. Located on a restorative piece of property tucked away in the woods in Lockport, NY, the program offers women and their children an opportunity for rehabilitation away from possible triggers. The program is licensed by the New York State Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services and receives oversight from the Niagara County Department of Mental Health.

Admission Criteria
- Women 18 years of age or older
- In need of intensive substance use treatment
- Must be enrolled in a Medicaid Managed Care plan
- Children residing onsite with their mothers must be preschool age or younger
