Open Year Round – Monday – Saturday, 9 am – 5 pm (closed most holidays)

The History Center of Niagara offers education for adults including monthly historical programs, workshops, family nights (also open to adults without children), seasonal bus trips to historic sites, and outreach programs to community organizations. The Niagara County Historical Society offers a variety of education programs for schools, scout groups and summer camps. Activities are age/grade specific and include tours of the museum and hands-on activities related to local, state or national history. Many of these activities can be done as outreach programs at school or another location.

Admission:
- $4.00 for adults
- FREE for children under 18 years of age.
- It is a Blue Star Museum in which active duty U.S. and Canadian military personnel and their dependents are free.
- Passes from the NIOGA Library System are also honored.

Wednesday, July 31st 10 am - 3 pm “250 Years of American Toys and Games”

Wednesday, August 7th 10 am - 3 pm “Wacky Weather”

All programs take place at the Niagara History Center, 215 Niagara Street in Lockport NY. The fee is $25 per day, per child, with $5 off coupons available in the Town of Lockport summer newsletter or on their website. Children bring lunch & a drink; an afternoon snack will be provided.
