Description:

Cornell Cooperative Extension of Niagara County is a part a statewide program called SNAP-Ed. We help families with limited incomes to eat more fruits and vegetables, drink fewer sweetened beverages and practice healthy lifestyles.

SNAP-Ed Nutrition Education is free to all individuals who qualify for benefits through the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP).
